All rooms are equipped with full bathrooms, phone and cable connections. Residents have the option of either bringing in their own furniture items or having Colonial Terrace provide furnished rooms at no additional cost.
 
Modern fire-smoke-heat detectors are installed in all rooms and are directly linked to the Corry Fire and Police Departments. Routine fire drills are executed every month.
